We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This is a part time position that may lead to a full time position if desired. Relatively, flexible with hours and times.

Reponsibilities:
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Schedule workshops at restaurants
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms
– Create reports, develop and maintain a filing system
– Create and maintain contact list
– Greet clients and prospects

Requirements:
– Experience as an administrative assistant
– Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
