Production Set-up: This position is for a prep person for Retort and Retort Relief.  Employee will be responsible for relief of the Retort Green room with unloading the Potato trays.  Employees will be responsible for the gathering, weighing, documenting and returning of ingredients used in Retort salads. Job duties will include; reading, understanding, following and lot tracing ingredients on recipes. Experience in accurately weighing of ingredients used in salads. Correctly tracking the lot numbers, use by dates and item numbers of all ingredients. Responsibilities will include working closely with tow motor support in both Receiving and Production.
