This is a full – time opportunity reporting to a Senior Purchasing Agent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Submit Daily Purchase Orders for Assigned Suppliers
  • Demand Planning/Sales Forecast for Purchased Parts
  • Follow-Up on Open Orders for Tracking and Invoice Information
  • Follow-Up on Back Orders for Updated Availability.
  • Verify Price, Delivery and Open PO ETA Accuracy
  • Communicate Order Updates to Sales, Product, and Marketing Teams
  • Review and Expedite Product to Maintain In-Stock Availability
  • Obtain Credits for Short-Shipped Products
  • Provide Resolution for Invoice Discrepancies
  • Maintain Positive Vendor Relationships and Create Win-Win Opportunities
  • Fielding and Responding To Sales/Customer Service Inquiries


  • Proficient in software applications such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word
  • Willingness to be flexible and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task; Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter/quick learner
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude
