Maintenance Person Needed

Our condominium community located in Medina is in need of a maintenance person.  This would be a 1099 or subcontractor position that must have proof of insurance, provide a W-9 and references.  The job description is as follows:  Maintain a log of all activities including recording of written work orders.  Work orders need to be complete within a week unless materials mustbe ordered, then two weeks to complete.  Handle all building complaints, such as garage partitions, doors etc.  Pick up trash throughout property.  Routinely check lights on the exterior of garages and address blocks and replace or repair as necessaryincluding bulbs.  Replace photo light sensors as needed on garages.  Check mailboxes and see that they are intact and replace or repair doors and flags as necessary.  Become aware of the overall condition of the community and respond to those items that need immediate action.  Painting of common areasthat may need painted.  Upkeep of signs.  Upkeep of common area – pull weeds, remove dead shrubs.  Cold patch where needed.  Reporting to property manager areas that need repairedor painted.  Keep maintenance shop clean.  Winter months – If landscaper only does a once around, we should supply snow blower and employee will remove snow if needed again and will keep a snow log.  Any other functions that need to be completed. If interested, please email Ivyhillofmedina@gmail.com
